Draft diagnostic protocols DPs) under DP notification period

Two draft diagnostic protocols (DPs) are currently under the DP notification period:

• Phytophthora ramorum (2004-013)
• Tomato spotted wilt virus, Impatiens necrotic spot virus and Watermelon silver mottle virus (2004-019).

The DP notification period was opened on 1 July and will close on 15 August. Contracting parties have 45 days to review the draft DPs and submit an objection, if any, along with a technical justification and suggestions for improvement of the approved DP. If no objection is received, the DP is considered adopted by the SC on behalf of the CPM.
