IPPC Pest Alert – First Detection of Clavibacter nebraskensis outside North America

On March 3, 2025, the IPPC Secretariat issued a new Pest Alert following the first confirmed detection of Clavibacter nebraskensis outside North America. This alert was released in the framework of the IPPC Development Agenda Item (DAI) on Pest Outbreak and Alert Response Systems (POARS) and is based on pest reports submitted by IPPC contracting parties.
