Argentina 2017 - New safety measures for the Phytosanitary Certificate, Reexport PC and Attachment

Description of the mark

ENGLISH

We hereby inform that, as of November 15, new security measures will be implemented for the Phytosanitary Certificate, Phytosanitary Certificate for Re-export and its complementary documents required to export plants, plant products or other regulated articles, in accordance with the specifications of ISPM 12 of the IPPC.

The new security measures are described below:

1- Paper Material with a dark clear watermark used exclusively by SENASA. Fibbers integrated in the pulp of the paper (visible with natural light and other reactive to ultra violet light). Free from optical brightener. Weight 90 Grams per square meter.

2-Hologram application The hologram is located on the front of the paper. It is included using a hot stamping method that precludes its entire removal. Location: top left margin (1 cm up and 1 cm left).

3-Minimum characteristics of the hologram. Hologram with Nano text that can be seen with a 50 X lens, used exclusively by SENASA. Kinetic effect (depending on the angle of the light generates visual movement). Change of color with rotation. Flip-Flop effect: change of image. Thickness: 6 microns +/- 1 micron.

4-Colors Logo Pantone 311 C, text Pantone 423 C. Font Myriad Pro- Regular.

5-Paper Size The net format of the form will be IRAM Standard 3001- Seria A4 (210x297mm). Issuance through a computer system, and also includes a Unique Code of Electronic Validation (CUVE in Spanish) that allows checking its validity by entering the CUVE code on the SENASA website. A QR Code was also added to check the validity of the document.

Until its final implementation, the Certificate with the current security measures will remain in force and will be used in parallel with this new version, for an estimated period of 3 months.

Se notifica la implementación a partir del 15 de noviembre de nuevas medidas de seguridad en el Certificado Fitosanitario, Certificado Fitosanitario de Reexportación y su complementario para exportaciones de plantas, productos vegetales u otros artículos reglamentados, en concordancia con lo especificado en la NIMF 12 de la CIPF.

Las nuevas medidas de seguridad se detallan a continuación:

1- Papel Material con Marca de agua claro oscura de uso Exclusivo para SENASA. Fibrillas integradas en la pulpa del papel (visibles con luz natural y otras reactivas a la luz ultra violeta). Libre de blanqueador óptico Peso 90 Gramos por metro cuadrado.

2-Aplicación de Holograma El holograma esta en el frente del papel mediante Hot stamping que imposibilite la remoción entera. Ubicación : margen superior izquierdo (1cm superior y 1cm izquierdo)

3-Características mínimas del holograma Holograma con Nano texto capaz de ser visto con un lente de 50 X, uso exclusivo para SENASA. Efecto Kinético (dependiendo del ángulo de la luz genera movimiento visual). Cambio de color con la rotación. Efecto Flip-Flop, cambio de imagen. Espesor 6 micrones +/- 1 micrón.

4-Colores Logo Pantone 311 C, texto Pantone 423 C. Tipografia Myriad Pro- Regular.

5-Tamaño de Papel El formato neto del formulario será Norma IRAM 3001- Seria A4 (210x297mm)

Emisión a través de un sistema informático, junto a la inclusión del Código Único de Validación Electrónica (CUVE) el cual permite consultar la validez de dicho documento ingresando el código citado precedentemente en la pagina web de SENASA. Además, se agrego el Código QR para consultar la validez del documento.

Hasta su implementación definitiva, el Certificado con las medidas de seguridad actual continuara vigente y será utilizado en paralelo con esta nueva versión, por un periodo estimado de 3 meses.
