The document compiles the methods for detection and diagnosis of Fusarium wilt of banana Fusarium oxysporum f. sp. cubense Tropical Race 4 (TR4). It includes methods of isolation and determination of identity through classical taxonomy and its confirmation by molecular methods that includes: DNA extraction, PCR amplification of general and specific molecular markers, sequencing and phylogeny.
