This guide provides a model for the conduct of pest risk analysis by national plant protection organisations within the Caribbean Community (CARICOM). It forms part of the Caribbean Agricultural Health and Food Safety Agency’s (CAHFSA) capacity building effort towards trade facilitation and improved compliance with the Revised Treaty of Chaguaramus (2001) and the World Trade Organization Agreement on the Application of Sanitary and Phytosanitary Measures (WTO-SPS Agreement; WTO, 1994).
