The International Plant Protection Convention (IPPC) Secretariat is soliciting:

• Submissions of any existing relevant technical resources for the revision of the IPPC Guide on Plant Pest Surveillance (2017-049).

Purpose of the Guide:

The IPPC Guide on Plant Pest Surveillance is meant to support the implementation of the International Standard for Phytosanitary Measures (ISPM) 6 Surveillance. ISPM 6 was revised by IPPC contracting parties (CPs) during CPM – 13 (2018), the IPPC Guide on Plant Pest Surveillance needs to be updated accordingly.

Who can Apply and Contribute:

NPPOs, RPPOs and other international organizations wishing to share their experiences and knowledge with the IPPC community.

Deadline: Submissions are due 20 September 2019.

Technical Resources should be submitted to:

• the IPPC Secretariat e-mail ([email protected])with copy to Mr. Xiaoliang Wang ([email protected]) and Mr. Chris Dale ([email protected]) and
• with the title “Technical Resources: IPPC Guide on Plant Pest Surveillance”.
