Following key decisions of the 10th session of the Commission on Phytosanitary Measure (CPM) in March 2015 and the Capacity Development Committee (CDC) 6th meeting in June 2015 the IPPC Secretariat is issuing a call for the collection of following technical resources:

• Software applications (including mobile apps) for pest identification, diagnosis, surveillance and other activities related to plant health and targeting different audiences.
• Plant health risk communication resources (targeting different stakeholders, providing understanding of the specific issues of plant protection and pest risk, promoting and explaining pest management decisions, information and education programmes, different risk communication strategies e.g. during emergency, outbreaks and non-emergency conditions, outreach and citizen scientist programmes).
• Technical resources (manuals, standard operating procedures, public outreach materials, projects, etc.) on general and specific pest surveillance.

Please, note that phytosanitary technical resources can be contributed in any language, including unofficial United Nations (UN) languages. Resources contributed will be reviewed by the CDC based on the criteria for the inclusion in the Phytosanitary Resources page (http://www.phytosanitary.info/sites/phytosanitary.info/files/Updated_criteria.pdf) .

In addition to the resources above, a whole range of phytosanitary technical resources, in any language, are continuously accepted to be considered for inclusion in the page.
